Ingredients
Every ingredient is a real Clearshelf product, scored- 92454 g plain Greek yogurt
- 933 tbsp raw almond butter
- 8950 g sprouted pumpkin seeds
- 9050 g blueberries, thawed
- 7550 g strawberries, thawed and sliced
Each product links to its own store, which ships it. Prices are as listed on Clearshelf.
Method
- 1
Slice the thawed strawberries into small bite-sized pieces and toss them together with the blueberries in a small bowl, letting them sit for 2 minutes to release their natural juices.
- 2
Place the Greek yogurt into a medium bowl and whisk vigorously for 2 minutes until it becomes exceptionally light, glossy, and smooth.
- 3
Fold 1 tablespoon of the almond butter directly into the whipped Greek yogurt to enrich its flavor, setting aside the remaining 2 tablespoons for drizzling, taking about 1 minute.
- 4
Spoon one-quarter of the Greek yogurt mixture into the bottom of two clear glasses, then layer over half of the mixed strawberries and blueberries, half of the pumpkin seeds, and a light drizzle of almond butter for 2 minutes.
- 5
Layer the remaining Greek yogurt over top, crown with the remaining berries, scatter the remaining pumpkin seeds over the surface, and finish with the last drizzle of almond butter over 1 minute before serving.
Assemble these up to 24 hours ahead in sealed glass jars for an effortless grab-and-go breakfast; keep the pumpkin seeds separate until eating if you prefer maximum crunch.
